I built this because I was done feeling flat, anxious, and completely dysregulated. I'd done EVERYTHING: ate right, moved my body, did the mindset work, even started HRT (which does help and I'm on the patch). BUT, I still felt off.
The noise out there was deafening. Too many opinions. Not enough truth about what menopause was actually doing to my nervous system.
I spent years as a thyroid advocate - hosted two podcasts, top experts, courses, the whole sh'bang. That taught me what actually works in a real body. But menopause? That was entirely different. My body was trying to tell me something, and I wasn't listening. I finally had to get honest. I had to completely give in. Surrender.
Then I discovered the missing link: the nervous system.
When my estrogen dropped, my nervous system went into overdrive. Everything felt louder - my thoughts, my anxiety, my spirals. I wasn't broken (but it sure felt like it). I was dysregulated.
Once I learned how to calm and regulate my nervous system, everything shifted. My clarity came back. My spark returned. My energy felt like mine again.
